Greensboro Dermatology Associates has the capability for patients to complete all necessary paperwork prior to their appointment. If you have not already provided us with an email address please contact our office so that we can send you a welcome email to participate in the patient portal. Completing all necessary paperwork in advance will minimize the time needed prior to arrival.
No Show Policy - Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice or failure to keep your appointment will be charged as follows: Established, New and Estheic patients will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Canceling appointments with 24-hour prior notice will help GDA work in other patients.

Contact your individual pharmacy and request a prescription refill. Any patients requesting a prescription refill must have been seen and evaluated in our office within the last 12 months.

6. How do I contact someone if I have a dermatologic emergency when your office is closed?
Only established patients should call Greensboro Dermatology Associates (336-954-7546) and listen to the phone message. The message will tell you which physician is on-call for your dermatologic emergency. This on-call number is not to be used for prescription refills.

Greensboro Dermatology Associates participates with most major carriers, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Medcost, and Medicare.
