Please carefully read the following instructions before scheduling:

1. If you are a new patient or have not been seen in the past 10 years, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
2. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 no-show fee.
3. The cosmetic consultation fee for Botox, Fillers, and our Esthetician is $50.

SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on the name of the physician you have previously seen in our office. It is necessary to stay with your assigned physician for continuity of care. Please call our office to schedule if you do not know the name of your physician. Appointments scheduled with the wrong physician may be canceled without notice.
2. Choose the reason for your visit from the drop down menu. If you want to schedule a full body appointment, please call our office for scheduling.
3. Select the first available appointment to view schedule openings.
4. Once you have selected a date/time, enter your email, patient information, and a brief reason for your visit.
5. Check your email for confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled. All online appointments are reviewed by our schedulers, and you may be contacted to adjust your appointment if needed. Please be sure to save our office number 336-954-7546 as a contact to facilitate this process.
6. If your insurance has changed since your last visit, please call the office to speak with your physician's scheduler.
